Scott, Nicholas and the Fairway Exteriors team did a great job installing James Hardie siding – replacing existing vinyl siding that overlaid stucco. The team performed quickly and Scott/Nicholas provided consistent progress throughout the project. As with all older houses the real work is repairing and accounting for the parts of the house that may not be true or suffering from other issues. Superior performance in every respect from start to finish. Our 40+ yrs old bat and board wood siding had once again needed wood rot repair as well as a new paint job.
